Cake Flavours:

Chocolate – goes well with chocolate ganache or buttercream

French vanilla – great with any filling and vanilla buttercream (especially fresh raspberries!)

Marble – great with buttercream of any flavour

Butter Pecan – Family favourite!! Served with my favourite icing of all time (my Mom’s recipe) – a rich brown sugar icing.

Chocolate Espresso – goes with a yummy chocolate espresso ganache

Spice – great with cream cheese, reg., pineapple, or cinnamon maple

Carrott – also great with above

Banana – a moist family recipe and customer fav., great with cream cheese icing or chocolate BC

Cherry Chip – Cherry flavoured cake with buttercream or cream cheese icing

Rainbow – Colourful vanilla cake with large 1″ rainbow coloured polka dots, topped with buttercream icing

Black Forest – Super moist chocolate cake with cherry filling baked in and topped with real whipped cream and chocolate shavings, filled with chocolate BC or lighter whipped cream (Vanilla or chocoate)
- White Chocolate Strawberry Shortcake – light white chocolate cake with fresh strawberries and whipped cream (or cream cheese whipped cream) and topped with loads of chocolate covered strawberries and white chocolate shavings. Very yummy!
- Key Lime Coconut – with invigorating key lime buttercream, sweet coconut or vanilla buttercream icing.
- Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough – Chocolate or vanilla cake with gooey cookie dough inside – goes well with chocolate or vanilla buttercream
- Coconut – with coconut buttercream and shaved sweet coconut

Fondant:

I make my own Marshmallow fondant that is quite tasty, and I use it regularaly. I also buy regular traditional fondant
Extras:
- (Milk & white chocolate, butterscotch, peanutt butter, or skor) chips
- Berry preserves as filling
- Fresh Fruit
- Custard or pudding
- Nuts
